Find a Pro accepts no responsibilty for any of the professionals listed and any complaints should be directed to the appropriate professional body. We do not check or authorise the adverts, nor approve the advertisers, and you excercise your own judgement as to whether the persons you contact have the appropriate qualifications and expereince to help you.

Please do advise us of any misleading or innapproriate adverts by CLICKING HERE and copying the offending advert into the email window. Unless you put your name and address in the email, we are likely to assume your complain is not serious!

Terms & Conditions - Professionals
Legitimate professional advisers can run a basic advert on our site ENTIRELY FREE provided they agree to receive the relevant professional eNewsletter (you will be automatically subscribed). We aim to make our eNewsletters relevant and useful, so receiving them should be a great benefit.


If you get asked for money in the confirmatory email, it probably means you left the PAID entry box ticked, instead of the free entry box. Ignore that email, go back in and add yourself with a different email address.

How to make the site work better for you: Use your free line of text (check with compliance if need be - but they are unlikely to object to "Friendly local IFA" or "IFA for 200 years." If you work from home,, make sure you use your home postcode even if you use your office address and use the free line to say that you live and work locally, though your office is elsewhere.
Set up a link from your site to www.FindaPro.co.uk - this might sound strange, but it will raise the search engine profile of both sites, and your own clients are not likely to be looking for a financial adviser! On the same basis, it is important to input the web address of YOUR site. We will also be adding other professionals in time, so watch this space and you might get some brownie points with clients and prospects.

FREE ENTRIES Standard entries, including one line of text, are FREE provided you join the appropriate email Newsletter/s.

Once you have added your entry online, a confirmation email will be sent to you. You must click on the link in this to activate your entry.

A user name and password (which you can change) will be sent out to you after this, so you can amend your entry. PLEASE do NOT ask me to do this for you - this is a free service, please respect my time.

Once you have joined www.FindaPro.co.uk , your will receive your Newsletter with the prefix "FAP" in the sender position. You can then use the unsubscribe link at the foot of every Newsletter (these do not appear on the adverts - you need to wait for the newsletter to arrive) or you will keep getting both versions of the Newsletter - FAP and standard.

If you unsubscribe from the FAP Newsletter, your copy bounces, or you do not reply to our occasional queries, your entry will be suspended on the next check cycle and you will need to sign up again.

If you change email address, you need to use the MODIFY A LISTING facility to change it in the database: not only will the Newsletter be going astray, so will any email enquiries!

You email address is NOT displayed on the site to avoid spam harvesters collecting it, but clicking on the EMAIL under your entry will enable visitors to email you.
